	SPEEDY WHEELS GOLD WARRANTY Lifetime Structural Warranty - Five Year Warranty on Finish * Please read Warranty particulars carefully, particularly the requirements regarding proof of purchase, regular maintenance and claim inspection procedure. Lifetime Structural Warranty All steel and alloy wheels distributed by Speedy Corporation Pty. Limited are manufactured in accordance with and tested to
conform to internationally accredited standards and as such, are covered by a Lifetime Structural Warranty to the original purchaser. The Lifetime Structural Warranty does not cover abnormal wear and tear, wheels which have been repaired, wheels which have been machined other than by Speedy or the original manufacturer, use of wheel nuts or bolts other than Speedy brand, off road use, owners neglect, negligence or abuse, impact damage, or from use on pot holed road surfaces and any wheel used for motorsport purposes. Five Year Warranty on Finish *( for purchases made after October 3rd 2005) The Five Year Pro Rata Warranty on finish for wheels and accessories is contingent upon the original owner’s proper care and regular maintenance of the product. Cleaning with warm soapy water on a regular basis will ensure that the quality finish unique to all Speedy wheels and accessories, is maintained indefinitely. Warranty on finish will be deemed void if chemical or abrasive cleaners are applied to the product, if cleaned with a commercial type high pressure water hose and or if the vehicle has been driven through acidic road wash or exposed to salt water conditions. Wheels which have been repainted are void of warranty in regard to finish. The Five Year Pro Rata Warranty provides free replacement to the original purchaser for a period of twenty four months from the initial date of purchase. The remaining thirty six month warranty period will be subject to a compounding replacement charge, calculated in twenty five percent increments and levied each subsequent year, based upon the original purchase price of the goods. Claim Inspection Procedure Consumers who suspect that a wheel may be faulty, should either contact a certified Speedy Wheels dealer for an initial warranty inspection, or seek the advice of our Technical Services Staff by phoning toll free 1300 657 957 Australia wide. Speedy Corporation Pty. Limited’s technical personnel shall be the sole arbiters in assessing warranty claims. No other representation will be binding on the Company. Claims which do not qualify for Warranty action will be returned. In any event, forward and return freight shall always be at the owner’s expense in all Warranty situations, unless specific arrangements have been approved by Speedy Corporation Pty. Limited beforehand. However, the Company assumes no responsibility under any circumstance for costs of demounting tyres from wheels, wheel balancing, vehicle downtime or any other consequential costs incurred regarding a warrantable product. Proof of Purchase** Wheels returned for assessment must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice and if deemed to be warrantable will be replaced free of charge, or on a pro rata basis, within the specified warranty period. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties other than those contained above are offered by the Company in respect of it’s wheels and accessories. Acceptance of the product by the customer at the point of sale, is acceptance that the product has been supplied in good order and condition prior to being driven upon.
